We're looking for a driven and versatile Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing efforts for high-profile, global technology conferences. In this role, you'll play a critical part in growing brand visibility, driving engagement, and boosting ticket sales through multi-channel campaigns and creative marketing initiatives both B2B and B2C in nature.
You’ll oversee social media (Paid & Organic), partnerships, campaign rollouts, and work closely with a collaborative team of specialists to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with each event’s brand identity and business goals.
- Lead campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to build brand affinity and drive attendance.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including design, sponsorship, community, and operations—to launch cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Guide and support a team of marketing professionals, encouraging innovation and development.
- Maintain high standards across all deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Introduce tools and workflows to streamline marketing operations and spark creativity.
- Stay ahead of trends across Crypto, Web3, AI, and FinTech to inform and inspire marketing strategy.
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, ideally within the technology, events, crypto, Web3, or AI sectors (Marketing Executive title can be considered for less experience).
- Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
- Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts across platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Competency in briefing and collaborating with design teams and content creators to produce marketing assets.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Familiarity with event marketing, ticketing funnels, and CRM/email automation tools is good to have.
- Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, community engagement strategies, or PR coordination.
