The impact you will have

Elliptic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Based in Singapore or London, this role will focus on fostering long-term relationships with our existing customers, and building a vibrant community of advocates who actively recommend Elliptic’s solutions to their networks and beyond. In addition, this individual will play a role in supporting key tier 1 regional events working with the global events manager.

Key Responsibilities

Customer retention and engagement

Once a customer has signed with Elliptic, we want to deliver the best ongoing customer experience. This is an opportunity for us to differentiate from the competition. Working with Customer Success this role will understand, where marketing can create touch points to create an exclusive VIP experience.

  • Outcomes include creating customer marketing programs such as email campaigns, webinars and exclusive executive briefings that give customers access to the latest product roadmaps, latest Intelligence research and the latest regulatory updates before prospects or the wider community.
  • Specifically for our Product Led Growth acquisition and retention strategy, this role will be pivotal in delivering ‘in and out of product moments’ of delight to increase retention and growth in these key growth accounts.

Customer advocacy & community building

Working across the business with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Execs to build the Elliptic customer community and an army of customer advocates for the Elliptic brand and our solutions.

  • Outcomes include facilitating a platform where customers are empowered to share their experiences and recommend Elliptic to their peers and networks.
  • Creating opportunities to network with peer groups and share experiences including an annual customer event and or advisory boards and user groups.
  • Creating customer advocates through the development of a reference and referral program to help grow our customer base.

Customer Advocacy and building the Elliptic Brand

Working with the wider marketing team this role will help identify those customers who are champions of Elliptic and will advocate to help us build our brand - through ABM (working with the ABM lead), media and other marketing moments.

  • Creating customer advocates through the development of customer case studies, quotes, use of logos, participation in webinars, speaker slots, media and ABM to amplify Elliptic’s brand.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience: 8+ years in customer marketing in B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the blockchain, financial services, or compliance sectors
  • Community Building: Experience in building and nurturing a customer advocacy program or community of brand ambassadors.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive results.
  • Results driven: Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and measure their success effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations that resonate with customers.
  • Hubspot usage
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills in any of the key APAC languages are a plus.
  • Skills: organized, multi-tasker, able to prioritize, relationship builder, resilience, able to work independently due to timezones but work collaboratively with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior management within customer organizations.
