As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be integral to shaping and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence. This full-time position involves developing and launching innovative campaigns that drive sales, boost brand visibility, and elevate the customer experience across e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada, and NTUC. You will be responsible for managing sales strategies, optimizing digital marketing efforts, tracking ROI, and supporting livestream initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to scaling our e-commerce business.
Responsibilities:
SEO, SEM & Content Marketing
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) and SEM campaigns (Google Ads etc) to improve organic search rankings and online visibility. Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversions, and ensure cost-effective spending.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions. Continuously track CTR, CPC, and ROI, optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and audience targeting.
Social Media Marketing
Manage and expand the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok, and other platforms through organic content and paid campaigns. Track performance, engage with followers, and collaborate with influencers to boost reach.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Identify and collaborate with influencers and e-commerce affiliates to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales through affiliate links and commissions. Track and measure performance using analytics and UTM tracking, optimizing partnerships to ensure strong ROI and alignment with brand goals.
Email & Lead Generation Campaigns
Create and implement targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp to nurture leads and improve conversions. Use segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Campaign Planning
Develop, implement, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines. Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards. Generate reports and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Livestreaming & Content Engagement
Assist in planning and participating in livestream sessions to engage customers and drive sales. Track performance to optimize ROI for livestreaming efforts.
Competitor & Market Research
Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Conduct ongoing research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and ROI analysis.
Strong skills in creating brand awareness, data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suites, Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO/SEM tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
