Associate/Assistant Manager, Marketing - Digital and Communications

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute design plans to meet the marketing goals.
• Involve in brainstorming, designing and creating of social assets.
• Curate aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly graphics and videos for digital content.
• Execute video production, video editing and creative research.
• Experience in end-to-end video production.
• Creative storytelling by understanding the value proposition and translating it to an engaging storytelling format while aligning to the brand values.
• Assist the marketing team in creating visual assets like videos, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and event materials.
• Design logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience.
• Support the design process by adapting style guides to the marketing materials.
• Explore new content formats.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve the marketing goals.

Pre-requisites:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Figma.
• Possess filming, editing, and graphic design skillset.
• Proven design examples of your past work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good time management with minimum supervision.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
• Degree/Diploma holder in animation arts/design/video production.
