About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team at Hubbagolf Pte Ltd as a Social Media Marketing specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our leading golf equipment and apparel brand. Based in our Punggol North-East Region office, you will play a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and positioning our brand as a leader in the industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and XiaoHongShu.

2. Create high-performing organic and paid social content that resonates with our target audience.

3. Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise our campaigns.

4. Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to ensure social content aligns with and supports our overall brand and marketing objectives.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities for the business.

6. Manage and grow our social media communities, providing excellent customer service and engagement.

What we're looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.

3. Excellent content creation skills with the ability to develop visually appealing, engaging social media posts.

4. Proficiency in social media monitoring and analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

5. Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.

6. Passion for the latest social media trends and a keen interest in the golf industry.
