A leading educational organization in Singapore is looking for a passionate individual for the role of Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head. The successful candidate will manage a Student Care Centre, focusing on programme planning and staff mentorship. Candidates must be Mandarin-speaking and possess strong communication skills, with at least 2 years of experience working with children. We seek someone dedicated to empowering the next generation and ensuring a smooth operation of the Centre.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma and above.
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children.
Responsabilités
- Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre.
- Staff supervision and mentoring.
- Meet the student enrolment targets.
- Build relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Achieve student enrolment targets.
- Provide reports on operations and finances.
