The Group Talent Acquisition Manager drives CompAsia's recruitment efforts, partnering with business units to attract and hire top talent. This role is responsible for shaping recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. By collaborating closely with hiring managers, the Group TA Manager aligns recruitment with business goals, strengthens the talent pipeline, and enhances CompAsia’s employer brand.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies across multiple channels to attract top talent.
Lead and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to exceed hiring goals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide insights and guidance on recruitment best practices.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance CompAsia’s visibility as an employer of choice, representing the company at industry events, career fairs, and on social media platforms.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Leverage data and recruitment metrics to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with HR team members to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring their integration into the company culture.
Foster relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent acquisition sources to ensure a diverse talent pool.
Stay up-to-date with trends in the labor market and recruitment best practices to enhance the company’s recruitment strategies and capabilities.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
Strong experience in employer branding and the ability to engage effectively across various talent acquisition channels.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and digital platforms, including AI-powered solutions.
Experience in technology recruitment is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing successful recruitment teams.
