The Talent Acquisition Senior Executive leads and drives effective talent acquisition strategies for Commercial functions across Malaysia and Singapore. This role is responsible for proactive talent sourcing, external pipeline mapping, and end‑to‑end execution of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
You will actively expand and strengthen talent pools and sourcing platforms to ensure a steady pipeline of high‑quality candidates for key and critical roles. The role plays a key part in delivering an excellent candidate experience, strong hiring manager partnership, and consistent achievement of Talent Acquisition team goals.
