• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with the project management team to address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimise construction methods.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress, including daily reports, timesheets, and material tracking.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager and senior management on the status of the project.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role, preferably in the Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to construction sites as required.
