3. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team goals.

1. Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained, including attractive product displays and layout.
2. Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
3. Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock management activities, and perform regular stock checks.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
5. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role or in the fashion and clothing industries.
