• Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering their questions, and resolving any issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the store’s POS system.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, store products, and promotions.
• Share product information and styling tips with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Replenish stock and manage inventory levels as needed.
• Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Provide support in other areas of the store as needed.

• spm/level & above experience in retail service.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively.
• Clear and effective communication both with customers and team members.
• Ability to upsell or suggest additional products to customers in a subtle, non-pushy manner.
• Capable of keeping the retail environment organized, including managing stock, merchandise displays, and tidy aisles.
• Ensure products are priced correctly, displays are neat, and items are in their proper locations.
• Ability to think on your feet and find solutions for customer concerns or operational challenges.
