Test Manufacturing Lead Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for resolving any manufacturing floor test / assembly issue, improving product quality, and reducing the test cycle time.
Detailed Description
- Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time
- Support the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determining root cause of production issues
- Provide training to production personnel
- New product introduction as well as creating test procedures, documenting, and implementing processes for new products
- Develop procedures and tools for testing
- Develop production and characterization test specifications
- Work on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects
- Ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated, and certified according to the corresponding procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation, recording, and archiving of measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance
- Develop test fixtures as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. Diploma holder with > 5 years working experience can be considered.
- Solid knowledge in electronics, analog, power, and digital
- Minimum 4 years of practical test experience with semiconductor equipment such as Etch or Deposition products
- Experience developing Test Programs Using TestStand course or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with High Voltage Test and Insulation Testing
- Familiarity with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or C programming
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for product final quality testing
- Ability to analyze a process, determine gaps/inefficiencies/yield improvement opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in developing test instructions and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and with other technical teams
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and controls
- Preferred tool and fixture design skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
