This role involves leading the engineering direction for mobile and web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. Candidates should have over 8 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in frontend leadership. Excellent communication and hands-on coding skills are essential. Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 in frontend leadership.
- Proven expertise in modern mobile and web architecture.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance, app security, and CI/CD (e.g., Expo EAS).
- Experience building component libraries, design systems, and developer tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of influencing technical direction.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with high-level architectural oversight.
Responsibilities
