As Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a variety of programs and activities covering multiple aspects to progress our All Life Sustainability Plan and build strong strategic relations with stakeholders, developing engagement, collaboration, and events that lead sustainability efforts.
Your role will be:
Corporate Sustainability Programs
Implementation and Support: Support and implement global programs in the region, such as Sunhat, HowGood, Groundswell, and SMETA.
Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate tools like Sunhat for Global Sustainability Reporting and request automation.
Data Collection and Reporting
Sustainability Reports: Data collection and metrics alignment for Mexico Sustainability Reports.
Awards and Recognitions: Prepare and submit information for awards and recognitions.
KPI Analysis: Identify possible actions and develop new KPIs related to the All Life Strategy.
Internal and External Audits
Internal Preaudits: Coordinate and lead internal preaudits of Human Rights from SMETA.
External Audits: Support external audits and lead the EcoVadis assessment at manufacturing sites.
External Stakeholder Engagement
Sustainability Partnerships: Support or lead customer sustainability partnerships with the Commercial Team.
Customer Requests: Complete and submit customer requests on time, engaging customers by creating materials.
Community Impact
Corporate Donations: Support corporate and product donations, matching campaigns, and other initiatives.
COMPARTIR Campaign: Lead the campaign aligned with BRGs.
Communications and Collaboration
Sustainability Materials: Create sustainability materials for the Commercial Team.
Collaboration: Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to promote sustainability efforts.
Events and Presentations
Sustainability Events: Support the organization of sustainability events, such as the Sustainability Report event.
Presentations: Prepare and present reports and presentations to foster a sustainability mindset.
Development and Training
Employee Training: Develop and provide required training on the All Life Plan to all Mexico employees.
Global Preparations: Support global team preparations for Sustainability Month and local activities.
Your profile needs these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
4+ years of working experience in sustainability areas and operations.
English fluency, both written and spoken.
