Position Summary:

As the Associate Training Compliance Auditor at Gulfstream, you will be responsible for detecting, developing, coordinating, and executing training needs to ensure the knowledge and skills of our personnel meet Quality Manual requirements related to Quality Certifications, critical processes, or our product and manufacturing process. You will interface with various levels of the business and act as the representative for the training organization in any internal/external audits conducted.

Essential Functions:

  1. Single point-of-contact to represent the business units and support areas.
  2. Document learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS), including creation, distribution, collection, and completion of rosters.
  3. Quality Rate (defects) - Monitoring employees < 3 months.
  4. Safety Transferences and New Hires Strategy (GAP Analysis / Onboarding).
  5. Monitor and control Manufacturing and Quality Certifications.
  6. Audits, reports, and compliance of annual, biennial, and triennial computer-based training (CBT) requirements.
  7. Audits, track, and support annual Personnel Training Needs by model or area.
  8. Coordinate training related to personnel that work on the shop floor.
  9. Develop and train shop floor personnel at different levels.
  10. Owner of JIBs/Training Material and support with material content updates.
  11. Training Matrix Compliance.
  12. STPS training program compliance.
  13. Development of procedures, visual aids, work instructions, or training material.
  14. Negotiate, generate plans, and schedule external vendor-specific training requirements (manufacturing processes and soft skills).
  15. Identification of opportunity areas related to Quality Manual or Certification specifications.
  16. Support projects and suggest improvements.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.

4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Other Requirements:

  1. Low - medium data analysis and statistical reports.
  2. Previous project management experience.
  3. Low - medium problem-solving skills.
  4. People Skills.
  5. Excellent communication Skills.
  6. Teamwork skills.
  7. Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred (only internal).
  8. Basic procedures.
  9. Intermediate English Level.
  10. Strategic presentations.
  11. Abilities on Microsoft Office.
  12. Basic training package and Onboarding (SBUs support).
  13. TWI / JI Certification.
  14. Experience as a trainer (Demonstrated).
  15. Weekly supervision.
