Sr Op Excellence Specialist

Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HMX tools and processes to the plant leaders. You will coordinate with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence. You will work across functions to progress the organization through differing gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training of employees
2. Facilitate review meetings
3. Mentor
4. Site standardization
5. Review of HMX tools
6. Lead change initiatives
7. Lead Kaizen events
8. Project management
9. Provide status reports
10. Track HMX progress
11. High performance teams strategic implementation

YOU MUST HAVE

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organizational Development or related field
2. Green Belt Certification
3. Intermediate fluent English (B2 level)
4. Project management skills
