Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across all online channels (website, marketplaces, social media, etc.).
Support the Sales/E-commerce Manager in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new online sales opportunities and areas for growth.
Help in setting online sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the online sales team and individual contributors.
Contribute to the development and execution of online promotional campaigns, discounts, and other sales initiatives to drive online sales.
Assist in budget planning and monitoring for online sales and marketing activities.
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the brand's online store and marketplace presence, ensuring smooth functionality and an excellent customer journey.
Supervise and support e-commerce operators, assistants, or other junior team members, helping to manage their performance and provide guidance.
Assist in training and onboarding new online sales team members on processes, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5-7 years) in a retail environment with a focus on online sales, e-commerce, or digital channels.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and website metrics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic online environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
