Staff Casual Leasing (Marketing) - Grand Metropolitan Mall

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) in any major; Communication or Marketing preferred.
2. Age between 23 – 35 years old.
3. Experience as Casual Leasing Mall for at least 2 years.
4. Proficiency in marketing and selling exhibition space.
5. Possess good relationships with potential tenants and event organizers (EO).
6. Good communication and networking skills.
7. Familiarity with sales targets.
8. Able to work under pressure.
9. Willing to work in Grand Metropolitan Mall Bekasi.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively look for participants (tenants/exhibitors) to occupy the exhibition area based on targets to increase Mall's traffic.
2. Fulfill occupancy rate goals/targets set by Mall management.
3. Establish relationships with organizers (EO) and tenants with quality products.
4. Develop a sales and marketing plan to meet exhibition sales goals.
5. Maintain relationships and update prospective tenants/exhibitors.
6. Prepare leases for empty areas for rent to tenants/exhibitors.
7. Liaise with tenants to ensure proper loading and unloading.
8. Prepare offers and proposals for clients.
