Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, crafting compelling subject lines and strong calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Plan and manage campaign promotions aligned with company and sales goals.
• Oversee campaign operations across multiple marketing platforms to ensure smooth execution.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and introduce innovative solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to develop and deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
• Experience in email marketing and campaign operations.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa, with strong writing skills in both languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
