Sales Channel Lead (Hospital)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading international hospital. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience handling sales and marketing in hospital and healthcare industry. The job is based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets, solutions, campaigns, and specific goals to increase patient volumes and meet revenue targets.
• Provide management with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and forecasts.
• Report on the effectiveness of sales and lead generation campaigns using predetermined KPIs.
• Directly negotiate and close agreements with large customers in all channels.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation, new product development, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare industries sales.
• Able to work under pressure and targets.
• Able to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Native Bahasa Indonesia Speaker with good English language skills.
