Lead the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of the staff team and marketing.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a small-large group in a unified direction and vision.
Plan and execute sales and marketing plans under the guideline policy including marketing strategies and plans on annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase customers, generate income, and be profitable as per company and principal guidelines.
Responsible for achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments. Also responsible for market development and penetration.
Conduct regular and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to constantly keep the business at par or even ahead of other players, driving greater sales resulting from securing a greater market share.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales & marketing; experience in high-rise building and apartments will be an advantage.
Target-oriented with a strong drive in achieving the target.
Solid leadership and strong relationship building skills.
Initiative, proactive, and hard working.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should be willing to work with the sales target.
Fluent in English (verbal & written); Mandarin is a plus.
