  1. Grow and achieve sales target of Fluidcon, drill spare parts, maintenance services, and rock drill tools in assigned key accounts.
  2. Grow and achieve target number of active customers according to territory for Key Account Manager.
  3. Achieve hunting KPI set and agreed with Management. Meet or exceed parts, service labor, and drilling consumables sales goals within the territory.
  4. Responsible for customer satisfaction by having close coordination and collaboration across departments in Epiroc.
  5. Responsible for settling business from Prospecting (lead), Approach, Negotiation, Close deal, Install and delivery monitoring & right invoicing until payment (OR/OI).
  6. Ensure Take 5 is conducted before working.
  7. Ensure SHEQ procedure has been implemented.
  8. Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident, and Accident".
  9. Make CRM at least 3 plans every day.
  10. Lead overall sales process from prospect to payment which must be recorded in the sales CRM platform provided by the Company.
  11. Develop personal skills to meet ongoing challenges.
  12. Design marketing strategies and new proposals to customers.
  13. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to determine sales methods.
  14. Identify new clients and potential business opportunities and increase sales of products and services.
  15. Develop and design marketing strategies according to territory.
  16. AR monitoring and follow up with customers.
  17. Customer issue handling.
  18. Ensure working capital management.
  19. Profitability action plan.
  20. Monthly and Quarterly Sales Report.
  21. Customer Satisfaction monitoring.

Requirements:

Educational background:
- Minimum diploma degree or equivalent with work experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment sales for mining is preferred.
Technical Knowledge & Skill:
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
- Computer skills must include the ability to communicate through Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, prepare PowerPoint presentations, work with Microsoft Word documents, and others.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English in both oral and written communication.
