HEAD OF PUBLIC RELATION (Food and Beverage Business)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in PR or Business Development.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  3. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work individually and in a team.
  4. Willing to travel to all outlets.
  5. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  6. Proficiency in computer and office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  8. Familiarity and experience with the F&B industry.

Job Descriptions:

Maintain External & Internal Relations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. External Relations (Brand Visibility & Partnerships)
    1. Develop and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to secure press coverage and collaborations.
    2. Plan and execute media events, press releases, and restaurant openings to drive brand awareness.
    3. Manage and execute on-ground activations, including pop-ups, food festivals, and collaborations to engage with target audiences.
    4. Build strategic partnerships with lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B brands to increase brand relevance.
    5. Monitor and analyze media coverage, PR campaigns, and influencer collaborations to optimize future efforts.
  2. Internal Relations (Guest Experience & Promotions)
    1. Develop and implement in-store marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance guest engagement.
    2. Maintain and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to improve guest retention and loyalty.
    3. Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to create limited-time offers, seasonal menus, and thematic promotions.
    4. Ensure a seamless dining experience by aligning PR efforts with staff training, ambiance, and customer touchpoints.
    5. Manage guest feedback and reputation management, addressing customer concerns and reviews across digital platforms.
    6. Analyze customer insights and sales trends to create data-driven PR and marketing strategies.
    7. Develop and promote big group dining packages, ensuring they cater to corporate gatherings, private events, and special occasions.
    8. Work with the operations and marketing teams to create attractive group dining menus, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
