Job Title: Learning & Development Facilitator - South Region - Must Be A Driver
Location: Flexible (with regional travel in the South to Gloucester, Essex, Kent, Leicester, Nottingham, Hertfordshire and Sussex)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Reports to: Learning & Development Manager
About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Learning & Development Facilitator to join our team. This role is focused on delivering impactful training and development programs to support employees in maximizing their potential while ensuring the needs of the people we support are met. You will be responsible for delivering operational onboarding, induction, and skills training, as well as refresher and multi-skilling programs.
