Office-Based Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 OTE £28,600 - £34,000

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for contacting leads, managing client enquiries, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company.

You will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, fostering new business relationships, and promoting their high-quality services to potential clients.

Essentials:

1. Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
3. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections
5. Following up leads speaking with potential clients

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Present the clients' services in a compelling manner to potential customers
4. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the company’s solutions to clients
5. Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and accurate responses
