What You'll Be Doing as a Business Development Manager:

• Drive business growth by promoting a comprehensive range of plant hire, tool hire and construction-related products across the Midlands region.
• As a key member of the team, focus on proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction sector as well as managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients, from site managers to procurement teams.
• Develop bespoke solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure an organised sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Relevant Experience Might Include:

Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales, Territory Sales, Account Manager, Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Major Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar roles. Previous experience within the Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Construction Hire, Non Mechanical Hire, Powered Access and affiliated sectors is essential.
