Job Summary
Our client’s Customer Service team has recently grown, and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Representative, which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field, and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.
Your Role
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact, providing top-notch assistance to all customers across various channels, including phone, email, social media, and web chat. You'll maintain a consistent and professional customer experience. Precise record-keeping and updates of customer interactions and service requests will be crucial. You'll provide accurate information and advice, even when dealing with challenging customers. Taking ownership and proactively resolving customer issues to prevent callbacks will be your priority.
About You
You will ideally be a Customer Service Representative or Advisor and have done a telephone-based role within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience working in a Contact Centre environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Representative involves – if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
