A finance technology firm in London is seeking a junior developer to drive operational excellence through process improvements and AI integration. The role involves developing AI-driven solutions, supporting the Operations team, and enhancing overall company systems. KSEYE Group is an established bridging finance company specialising in bridging and short‑term lending markets. Following the introduction of AI efficiencies and improved operational performance, the company is now seeking to employ a junior/graduate level developer to work closely with the Head of Operations and support the streamlining and process establishment of the Operations team and wider company.
As a junior developer for KSEYE, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence by identifying, planning, and executing business process improvements through our systems and bespoke in‑house software. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse, design, and implement changes and implement, where suitable, AI and automation to existing processes and systems.
