Private hearing care experience ispreferred, particularly for candidates who can demonstrate a strong balance ofpatient‑centred care and commercial success.

However,NHS‑trained or newly qualified Audiologistswill also be considered, provided they can demonstrate the potential to succeed in a private, performance‑driven environment.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in line withHCPC standards,BSHAA codes of practice, and company clinical protocols
• Advise patients on and dispense appropriate remedial hearing solutions
• Manage and process all sales and clinical administration accurately and compliantly
• Maintain high‑quality patient records using the company CMS system
• Deliver professional aftercare services and resolve patient queries promptly
• Provide accurate reports and performance data to support business planning
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical, audiometric and product knowledge through training and CPD
• Contribute market insight and identify local commercial opportunities
• Ensure all activity aligns withHCPC regulations, ethical standards and company policies

• QualifiedHearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist(including Pre‑Registered candidates)

• Current HCPC registration
• Full UKdriving licence
• Member ofBSHAAor willing to join
• Strong IT skills, including use of audiometric equipment and clinical systems
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A professional, patient‑focused approach with commercial awareness

• £37,062 basic salary
