A leading intellectual property firm in the City of London is seeking a proactive Paralegal with over 3 years' experience in patents. You will manage EP validations, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with deadlines. - At least 3 years' experience in patents, specifically EP/GB.
- Experience handling Rule 71(3) EPC responses.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain case records.
Aufgaben
- Handle Rule 71(3) EPC responses and manage EP validations.
- Liaise with clients and draft Powers of Attorney.
- Report grants/publications and monitor deadlines.
Kenntnisse
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal with at least 3 years’ experience in patents (EP/GB and beyond), ideally with a focus on European grant and validation procedures.
In this role, you will handle Rule 71(3) EPC responses, manage EP validations and liaise with clients, draft PoAs, report grants/publications, and monitor deadlines and support attorneys and maintain accurate case records.
