We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is enthusiastic about:

As an Assistant Manager you will be:

1. Responsible for Shift Managers and Crew
2. Supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
3. Providing an “above and beyond” experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment
4. Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience
5. Leading from the front, working with the team on the line and on the floor with customers
6. Supporting your General Manager and delivering store results
7. Having full ownership of your P&L, driving sales whilst controlling costs
8. Running smooth day-to-day operations, thinking about long-term plans
9. Always leading with our values
10. Developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
