An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Senior Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Brisbane. We are looking for someone to work part-time, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. In this role, you will work with leading insurance lawyers.

• Preparation of correspondence and legal documents in consultation with work authors;
• Broad range of client communication and management;
• General diary management, including arranging client appointments and other events;
• Collation and indexing of high volumes of documents for disclosure and briefs;
• Maintain electronic files in a timely and accurate manner from receipt of instruction to file closure;
• Monthly billing and debtor control;
• General administrative support.

• This role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated candidate with:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in defendant insurance;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Great organisational and time management skills;
• Ability to build strong internal relationships;
