We're searching for a dynamic Performance and Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our P&R function.
In This Critical Role, You Will
You have experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments within an engineering/consultancy or similar and a passion for continuous improvement and driving change.
You also possess expertise in agile methodologies and digital reporting tools, and hold a degree-level education in a relevant subject (or equivalent). Ideally, your experience has been gained within the engineering, energy or water sectors, or a similar field.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have a proven track record in performance management, we want to hear from you!
