Clover Talent is proud to partner with a rapidly expanding Car Finance Brokerage that is experiencing significant growth in 2025. Our partner is looking to hire an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to help scale the business further.

The Business Development Manager position:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, onboarding dealerships, and expanding the client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving brokerage at a pivotal stage of expansion.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the car finance sector.
• Onboard and maintain relationships with dealerships, ensuring strong and lasting partnerships.
• Drive sales growth through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to business success.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

What are we looking for in the next Business Development Manager?

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in car finance).
• A strong track record of onboarding dealerships and hitting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Individuals with experience in Car Finance who have held roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Account Director, Business Development Manager or Senior Account Manager are strongly encouraged to apply.
