Business Development Manager - Exciting Coffee Brand - London - A£50-55K + Benefits

My client is an exciting coffee brand with a fantastic reputation.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business, maximising sustainable short- and long-term sales, boost profitability and increase brand awareness within new sectors, including the B2B HoReCa channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and talented Business Development Manager to join an exciting business who can match their ambition and offer genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Identify and secure new business opportunities across all sectors.
  2. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  3. Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  5. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  6. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
The Ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:
  1. Must have proven sales and new business development experience, ideally within the FMCG, Hospitality or Food & Beverage industries.
  2. Must have a strong network of contacts, especially within the HoReCa and B2B channels.
  3. Have a passion for coffee and sustainability, with an understanding of the industry.
  4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  5. Must thrive on winning new business and have a track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  6. Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
