Studio Asterix specialise in Interior Design Services within Private Residences and Residential Developments. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in a commission-based partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your industry expertise and network to help us reach new clients and residential developers throughout the UK.

Role Description

As a Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, and leveraging a database of existing clientele. This role requires a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and building strong, long-term client relationships.

You will collaborate closely with our founder and have the flexibility to shape the role according to your preferred approach.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years experience within the London Property Sector
  • Understanding or Experience in Interior Design
  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Networking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
