Thalex is a crypto derivatives exchange offering options, futures and perpetuals. Our ambition is to become a leading crypto options exchange. Building on a battle-tested, and reliably fast performing platform, we are scaling our go-to market using a hybrid approach of direct customer acquisition and partnerships with other exchanges to provide our product to their existing customer base.
Culture
The culture at Thalex is best described as a data-driven/engineering culture. The decision hierarchy is very flat. Conversations are focused on problem-solving in an open and direct communication style. There are as few recurring meetings as possible.

The Role
In the role as Business Developer, you will report directly to our CEO. You will visit conferences together or alone and use your extensive network to your advantage. We are open to any location, and you can work remotely, but proximity to an airport and willingness to travel extensively is a hard requirement for this role.
