The responsibilities of the post holder will vary depending on the demands of the school but will initially include the following areas:
The post holder should have appropriate qualifications for the role e.g. UKSCA, SCE, 1st4Sport, or equivalent, and experience in the provision of strength and conditioning support to young athletes. They should be sympathetic to the educational, as well as the practical, requirements of the School and able to work to often tight deadlines.
