About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in the HR space. Key Responsibilities
  • Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates within HR roles.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new clients, build strong relationships, and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a network of HR professionals, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with HR trends and provide market intelligence to clients and candidates.
