CNC Lathe Operator, Setter & Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Operator, Setter & Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be proficient in programming CNC lathes using G-Code. Experience with Haas machines and bar feeder attachments is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC lathes (predominantly Haas) to produce high-quality precision parts.
2. Set up CNC machines for production runs, ensuring proper tooling and setup.
3. Program CNC lathes on-line or offline using G-Code to meet production specifications and tolerances.
4. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
5. Conduct quality checks on the machined components using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure conformance to specifications.
6. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.

1. Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator, Setter & Programmer.
2. Proficient in programming CNC lathes using G-Code. (Desirable)
3. Familiarity with bar feeder attachments and their operation. (Desirable)
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
5. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
