As an apprentice, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of content creation, learning to produce engaging visuals, videos, and copy that showcases their world-renowned air filters. Whether you're crafting content for their passionate motorsport community or helping to elevate their brand online, you'll play a key role in bringing ITG's story to life!

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyse social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
• Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating with media outlets when necessary.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

• Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm.
• 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
• Free tea and coffee.

• An understanding or exposure in Photoshop, photography, editing, or graphic design would be beneficial.
• Ability to manage your own time.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.

Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
