The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. We're looking for a German speaking LIVE Content Manager to join the TikTok LIVE team in London. You'll oversee the LIVE content strategy for the German market, working with creators and partners to programme a diverse schedule of LIVE content in app.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a LIVE content strategy in the German market.
2. Produce regular series that showcase the diversity of content on LIVE.
3. Educate creators and brand partners on LIVE best practices, including monetisation.
4. Create a robust promotional strategy to drive more users to watch LIVE.
5. Support on campaign initiatives in the German market.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Professional experience in copywriting, content creation and creative ideation.
2. Proficiency in asset creation using image/video editing software (CapCut, Photoshop).
3. Fluency in German and English.
4. Proven experience analyzing data & trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a content strategist/content producer role in the German market.
2. Experience in the livestreaming industry.
3. Proficiency in any other EU language.
