The Startup:

A digital identity and compliance management platform for web3, belonging to a web3 ecosystem of 5 startups. The product went live in November 2023 with great success. Offices in Switzerland, France and Holland. Strong multicultural team coming from best companies in Europe. This is a full remote position.

Position:

The company is looking for a senior Product Manager to lead the development of a connector marketplace with various providers.

• Reporting: Head of Product
• Vision for your scope: To allow customers to use only certain modules of the platform by developing connectors with various compliance providers.
• Current Teams: Head of product, 2 Product Managers, 2 designers, Product Marketing Manager, 15 developers (lead, backend, front).

In this role you will:

• Own product development of API & SDKs from conception to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product design, and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
• Build a community around your product.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, math, or other quantitative discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years in Product Management.
• A relevant experience in building API / SDK products.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the concepts, products, and services that are driving web3, with a particular focus on DeFi including but not limited to coin tokenomics, decentralization, identity management, fraud management, and regulatory compliance.
