For all Junior positions as Project Manager, we offer a full remote contract (Annual Salary: €50k-€80k) in the EMEA Region. You will have the opportunity to grow exponentially thanks to on-the-job training, work fully remote for as long as you want, and we will equip you with a latest generation MacBook.

We require only junior candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate and supervise the entire life cycle of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and goal-oriented management.
2. Optimally manage the allocation of resources for project-related activities, maintaining constant alignment with the established budget.
3. Carefully monitor the progress of activities within the assigned projects, intervening promptly to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
4. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of assigned projects, strictly adhering to the timescales agreed with customers and ensuring compliance with pre-established quality requirements.
5. Effectively manage communication with all stakeholders and interested parties involved in the projects, maintaining a constant exchange of information and ensuring a high level of involvement and understanding on the part of all actors involved.

Some projects you could work on:

• Organisation, supervision and management of translations of our website and App;
• Organize B2B events with the aim of increasing sales;
• Organisation, supervision and management of offline marketing activities.

Contract & Compensation:

For all Junior positions we offer a full remote contract (Annual Salary: €50k-€80k).

Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, with your compensation increasing rapidly as you gain experience.

Selection Process:

• CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
• Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
• Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
