This role is within the team that designs and develops CSG Quote & Order, a cutting-edge order management (CPQ) and quoting platform. Built using the latest technology, our platform modernizes industries like telecommunications and banking.

About our technology

Salesforce is one of, if not, the biggest Sales CRM platforms in the world. Our Salesforce App pushes our market leading Quote & Order functionality into the Salesforce platform. We leverage the lead & opportunity capabilities of the Salesforce platform to deliver a seamless user experience and streamline the sales journey.

Our Salesforce (SFDC) applications are built on the Lightning framework (Lightning Web Component & Aura), to deliver 100% native Salesforce experiences to our customers. We rely heavily on open-source tools and libraries, while also maintaining our own, to streamline development, making it faster, simpler, and more consistent. Our code is managed using Git, undergoes peer review, and is then tested, packaged, and deployed through our CI/CD pipelines.

About the role

Joining our team as a Frontend Software Engineer you will collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize features/technology for our Salesforce App, which is part of CSG Quote & Order product. In your first 90 days, you’ll get comfortable with our system, join a squad, build strong relationships with the team, and kick-off new feature development to deliver awesome outcomes for our customers.

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer who will:

1. Contribute to our cutting-edge CSG Quote and Order product used by some of the biggest telecommunications companies in the world.
2. Apply your skills to develop new features for the UI/UX and API of our Salesforce (SFDC) Applications, which is part of our primary product.
3. Work with technology on Salesforce and our core platform REST APIs, and technologies such as Apache Kafka.
4. Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in English in a business environment.
3. Good knowledge of building user-friendly UI/UX with modern CSS frameworks (i.e.: Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material Design), and software development methodologies, including unit testing.
