Full-cycle Sales Manager / Business Development Lead / Account Executive (Remote, SaaS / B2B Sales)

  • Location: Remote (preferred: Eastern Europe / Balkans / LATAM)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on B2B sales professional to help us strengthen our commercial function and drive international growth. This is a full-cycle sales role with strong emphasis on client relationships, cross-team collaboration, and structured communication. You’ll work closely with our delivery team, leadership, and external partners to bring in new business and support existing clients. We’re not expecting you to be a one-person sales machine — we know that building processes takes time and support. If you’re a strong communicator, confident working across teams, and motivated to grow into a more strategic role over time — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales process — from first contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the delivery manager and CTO to shape tailored proposals and solutions
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current and past clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Assist in light strategic planning and structuring the sales process
  • Contribute to shaping a positive and professional client experience
  • Work with external marketing or lead-gen partners (if needed)

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or digital products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive mindset with a structured approach to sales and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a growing company with evolving processes
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Bonus: experience working with international clients and delivery teams

What This Role Is NOT

  • This is not a cold-calling SDR position
  • This is not a “Head of Sales” or C-level role — but it’s an excellent growth path toward one
  • We don’t expect you to cover marketing, automation, or generate leads from scratch — you’ll have support when needed
