FDJ UNITED is a leading European gaming company with a strong digital presence and a bold ambition in AI & Data. FDJ UNITED is deploying its GameChangerAI strategy to transform the company's entire ecosystem (clients, partner customers, employees) by using AI and data to elevate our performance, protect and engage our clients, and empower our people.

As part of it, FDJ UNITED is launching its Graduate Program in Data & Business, and aims to hire, starting September 2025, 5 permanent profiles among the best candidates on the market with a passion and expertise in Data & AI.

You will join as a full-time permanent employee from day 1. This program consists of 3 rotations of 8 months each (at our headquarters in Paris/Boulogne-Billancourt and in London), for a total duration of 24 months. This opportunity will be a quite unique experience early in your career development: in addition to hard & soft skills development, you will also benefit from mentoring, certifications and professional immersion days in our agencies and other teams.

2. Recommendation & personalization: we aim to offer the best gaming experience, both online and in-store. At the intersection of Big Data, mathematics, and UX expertise, our ambition is to build recommendation systems comparable to those of streaming and e-commerce giants, creating a seamless experience. With sophisticated AI technologies and systems, we will enhance player engagement and satisfaction by offering personalized content and offers.

3. Corporate Social Responsibility: Committed to the public interest, FDJ UNITED continues its environmental efforts with a strong ambition to significantly reduce its carbon footprint. In the face of these constantly changing threats, our mission is to develop AI systems capable of anticipating, detecting, and blocking fraudulent behaviors in real-time to secures millions of transactions and sets new standards in cybersecurity and financial compliance.

Your future professional environment

The data division of FDJ UNITED is structured around a central entity responsible for strategic vision, data and AI governance. It collaborates with Business Unit Data teams, which develop use cases to drive business impact, and IT Data teams, which provide the technical foundations, infrastructure, and large-scale deployment capabilities needed to support data and AI solutions. Depending on your missions, you will be assigned to one of these teams, either in France or abroad across your 3 rotations.

• With the latest business acquisitions into the group, FDJ UNITED is now a company particularly focused on technology and data, will ensure that you are at the forefront of data and AI innovation during one of your three missions in London.
• Additionally, you will benefit from specific HR support, mentoring, and training/certifications.

This position is perfect for you because ...

• You are a recent graduate from a top major school of engineering, business, or university (in data, AI and business fields). You have less than 3 years of full-time experience (i.e. graduated between 2022 and 2025)
• Soft skills: you are a good listener, able to communicate and structure your thoughts, and you have a quick learning ability. You are solution-oriented and have a strong appetite for modeling and solving complex problems. You have a strong sense of organization and demonstrate rigor in carrying out projects, meeting deadlines and requirements. Your interpersonal skills allow you to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Hard skills: depending on your mission and appetence, you will need a good understanding of:
• Programming languages, statistics and mathematics, machine learning, big data, generative AI, data preprocessing, manipulation and visualization, database management, data modeling, and cloud computing (e.g., Data Scientist, Data Engineer, ML Engineer / Ops);
• Strategy and planning, knowledge of AI technologies, project management, development & methodology, data analysis, backlog management and prioritization, innovation and digital transformation (e.g., AI Strategy Lead and Product Owner).
• You have a clear and demonstrated passion for Data and Artificial Intelligence with direct business and/or tech experience in the space
