Global Supply Chain Project Leader – Data, Analytics & Performance (F / M / X) – Permanent Contract

Sephora is accelerating its data and performance analytics initiatives, both at Group level and within the Supply Chain.
This position plays a crucial role in modernizing Sephora Supply Chain’s capabilities by using advanced analytics and implementing data-driven solutions to follow and boost Supply Chain performance and efficiency. You will oversee key projects that align with Sephora’s ambitious Data, Analytics and Performance roadmap, driving the ongoing evolution of a dynamic and future-oriented Supply Chain function.
Your main contacts will be the other Global departments (in particular Tech & IT Delivery, Data & Digital, Finance), all Regional Supply Chain departments (EME, APAC, LATAM, NorAm) and Sephora Collection.
You are part of the Global Supply Chain team and report to the Global Supply Chain Projects Director.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Structure Supply Chain Performance Management
- Create the Global Supply Chain Cockpit Performance
- Standardize KPIs and dashboards across the organization to enable consistent measurement of performance
- Drive KPI alignment implementation across the regions
- Take ownership of the KPIs, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and relevance
- Be the reference for the definition of KPIs and guarantee their uniformity and understanding between regions and cross-functionally
- Continuously assess and refine KPIs to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Set up and animate a performance management approach with regional Supply Chain organizations and other Sephora Global departments
Build and Develop Supply Chain Analytics
- Develop, refine, and improve analytical models to enable informed, data-driven decision-making throughout the Supply Chain
- Leverage data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to extract insights and optimize performance monitoring processes
Project Management
- Implement and execute a comprehensive roadmap for leveraging data to enhance Supply Chain performance
- Support Supply Chain Global team on projects related to Data analytics and performance improvement
- Be the Global Supply Chain referent for cross-functional data projects such as PURE project (migration of reports to the Roma datalake and Power BI)
Change Management
- Promote a data-driven culture within the business teams in alignment with data governance and data strategy
- Create training materials and processes and provide support and guidance to users on data governance, platform adoption, and related queries
Explore AI-Driven Supply Chain Solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring and implementing AI-based solutions that can further optimize Supply Chain processes, from forecasting to inventory management

- Strong professional experience (10 years) with proven experience in Supply Chain management, analytics, and project management.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Experience in data governance, ensuring high standards of data quality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges in Supply Chain optimization.
- Knowledge of AI applications in supply chain is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Very good level of English is mandatory with international experience recommended.
- You are agile with a high level of adaptation, reactive, rigorous with a good level of autonomy.
- You have a very good level of communication in multicultural environment and you have ability to listen; you can work in project methodology and with multicultural teams.
- You are business results driven.
- Based in Neuilly sur Seine (Paris area) or Saran (Orléans area) with frequent commute in between the 2.
- International travel can be expected.
