You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

• Play a true business partner role and participate in the steering of Sephora EME's Supply Chain within the Operational Controlling EME team and functionally liaise with the Supply Chain teams based in Saran.
• Drive the activity monitoring using relevant indicators to facilitate performance analysis and operational decision-making:
  • Implement the necessary reporting and analysis elements for the Finance and Supply Chain EME departments.
  • Determine actions to be taken with your interlocutors and ensure their follow-up and evaluation.
• Be responsible for the monthly closing of central logistics costs and the budgeting of central costs:
  • Operational execution of monthly and annual closings for the Central Supply Chain scope.
  • Construct budgets, revisions, and strategic plans for central 3PL warehouses.
  • Monthly re-invoicing of logistics costs to subsidiaries using an appropriate rate.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity reviews.
  • Propose cost-saving measures and alert on the risks of overruns.
• Monitor and control holding stock in close collaboration with the Supply Chain cockpit:
  • Supervise the monitoring of stock indicators and depreciation on the central stock to enable the implementation of action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to central stock depreciation rules in SAP and ensure their evolution/adaptation if necessary.
  • Participate in improving stock quality in collaboration with the Offer and Supply Chain teams.
  • Actively participate in the year-end closing and arbitration with the Offer, Supply Chain, and Finance departments (S&OP).
• Actively contribute to structuring projects:
  • Take responsibility for business cases in collaboration with the supply chain method team, detecting risks.
  • CSR: In collaboration with the method and CSR team, contribute to the end-of-life product management project.
  • Participate in tenders and transversal task force projects.

• You are proficient in SAP (ECC or S4) and are an expert in Excel.
