The Supply Chain Performance team at bioMérieux is responsible for the efficiency and robustness of Supply Chain processes. Positioned at the heart of the organization, the team drives the transformation of the global Supply Chain through key projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business development.

What will be your mission at bioMérieux?

As the Business Process Owner for Performance, Innovation & Learning, you will lead the transformation and optimization of Supply Chain processes by:

• Overseeing performance management, tracking KPIs, communicating results, and developing action plans to achieve objectives,
• Maintaining and enhancing reporting and analytics tools to meet the evolving needs of Supply Chain teams,
• Driving innovation strategies, focusing on process automation, AI, and new technologies to improve Supply Chain efficiency,
• Promoting a learning culture across the global Supply Chain network,
• Testing and piloting innovative opportunities and integrating successful initiatives into strategic plans.

You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure the successful execution of initiatives and contribute to the development of the strategic plan.

Who are you?

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related functions,
• Proven experience in transformation projects and change management,
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic discussions and propose innovative solutions,
• A passion for innovation and new tools, with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset,
• Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a supportive mindset to drive change through the global Supply Chain network,
• Fluent in both French and English.

You will lead a team of 3 project managers and 3 data analysts to achieve the transformation and continuous improvement goals of the Supply Chain processes.
