1. Deliver new features and enhancements to our platform, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers (system design, coding, PRs, tests, release).
2. Keep the lights on for our platform (bug fixes, handling incidents), ensuring our systems' overall stability and reliability.
3. Challenge the consensus when you think you see a better path forward.
4. Drive continuous improvements to the platform's quality.

1. Ability to work UK working hours (Timezone must be GMT + / - 4).
2. Basic home office setup (Quiet, 8Mb internet connection, desk, etc).
3. 7+ years of experience.
4. 3+ years of experience working with C# / .NET.
5. 1+ years of experience working with React / TypeScript.
6. Unit / Integration / Acceptance / Regression testing.
7. Solid understanding of PaaS, ideally Azure.
8. Experience with SQL / SQL Azure.
9. Proficient in cloud / distributed systems design and implementation.
